THE NOTEBOOK CHANGES AS YOU TRAVEL.
The 178-page notebook is designed in US Letter format for digital use or colour printing. It includes searchable text, navigation bookmarks and a separate Start Here guide. As the journey progresses, the pages gather signs of travel: field notes, botanical samples, marks, smudges and small discoveries along the trail.

The recommended route is one Sign Post a day for 100 days. If another pace fits your life better, establish a rhythm you can honour. Missing a day does not mean beginning again. Return to the trail and continue.

No. The Free Way is the questions-only route. The paid Expedition Field Notebook is the full guided journey, with teaching, writing space, imagery, Your Other Map, Trail Souvenirs, the Muster Point and extended Day 100 integration.
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE IT IN EXACTLY 100 CONSECUTIVE DAYS?
One Sign Post a day is the recommended rhythm. You may choose another intentional pace that you can honour. A missed day does not require starting over.
CAN I PRINT IT?
Yes. The notebook is designed at US Letter size. It may be printed in full or one Trail Segment at a time. Colour printing preserves the complete field-notebook experience.

The Field Notebook holds the shared route. Your Other Map records the territory that belongs to you: memories, associations, questions, discoveries, boundaries and Places of Interest.
WHAT IS THE MUSTER POINT?
The Muster Point is the always-available live trailhead for orientation, assistance or company. It also provides a direction toward the Companion Circle.
WHAT IS THE COMPANION CIRCLE GATHERING?
The Companion Circle is a live online Muster Point for people carrying the Expedition Field Notebook. Travellers may be at different Sign Posts. There is nothing to prepare and no progress to prove. The gathering offers a shared reflection, optional conversation and a little company before everyone continues along their own trail.
One complimentary gathering is included with each purchase. Attendance is optional and places are reserved in advance.
