Purchaser Use and Refund Policy
This policy applies to Wandering the Wilderness 100+1: Expedition Field Notebook, sold and delivered online by Scarlett Rose Ventures.

WHAT THE PURCHASE INCLUDES
The purchase includes:
• The 178-page Wandering the Wilderness 100+1 Expedition Field Notebook in digital PDF format.
• The three-page Start Here guide in digital PDF format.
• One complimentary place at a purchaser-only Companion Circle online group gathering, reserved separately and subject to available dates and capacity.
The Founding Traveller price is $49 USD for the first 25 purchasers. The regular price is $59 USD. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
The digital files are supplied electronically after payment through the confirmation page and purchase email. Please save a backup copy of the files after downloading them.
If the purchase email or download does not arrive, contact [email protected]. Include the name and email address used at checkout so the purchase can be located.

NO-REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds, returns and exchanges are not offered after purchase because access to the digital files is supplied immediately.
If the files are not delivered, are damaged or cannot be opened, contact [email protected]. Scarlett Rose Ventures will provide technical assistance and, when needed, resend or replace the purchased files.
This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
FOUNDING TRAVELLER PRICE
The Founding Traveller price applies to the first 25 completed purchases. A later price change does not alter the amount paid for an earlier completed order.
COMPANION CIRCLE RESERVATIONS
Each purchase includes one complimentary Companion Circle gathering. The invitation and private booking link are sent to the purchaser email address.
• Reservations are subject to the dates and places available.
• A traveller may attend wherever they are along the 100-day journey.
• A reservation may be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the gathering.
• When possible, one replacement date will be offered following an unexpected missed gathering.
• If the host changes or cancels a gathering, the traveller will be offered another available date.
The complimentary gathering has no separate cash value and is not required to use or complete the Expedition Field Notebook.
PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
The purchase provides one individual with a personal-use licence to the supplied files.
The purchaser may:
• Save the files on their own devices.
• Use the files with a compatible personal PDF annotation application.
• Print one working copy for personal use.
• Reprint individual pages for their own use when needed.
The files and their contents may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to a public or shared file location, reproduced for a group, or used as materials in a paid service, class, workshop, coaching practice or commercial program without written permission.
Purchase of the files does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design, writing, images, framework or other intellectual property.

YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE RECORD
The checkout and purchase confirmation will provide the seller name and contact information, purchase date, product description, total price and taxes, payment terms, digital delivery method, and this refund and cancellation policy.
The purchaser can review the order, correct errors, and save or print the purchase confirmation.
